Acceptable Use and Practitioner Status

The Chrysta application is provided exclusively for professional, educational, and clinical preparation purposes. By registering an account, you confirm that you will utilise these tools ethically and in alignment with your respective training and attunement levels. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions and Secure Billing

Access to the sanctuary operates on a recurring subscription basis. By enrolling as a member, you authorise The Hidden Tide to process your subscription fees via our secure payment partner, Stripe. You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through the Secure Stripe Billing Portal linked in the application footer. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

Intellectual Property and Strict Prohibition of Scraping

All materials contained within the Chrysta application are the exclusive intellectual property of The Hidden Tide Wellness Co. This includes, but is not limited to, the proprietary clinical ailment to stone mapping databases, the dynamic session blueprint logic, the specific crystalline frequencies, the user interface, and all visual design elements.

You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable licence to use the application strictly for your own clinical practice. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service.

Data Extraction and Misuse: You expressly agree not to use any robot, spider, scraper, data mining tool, or other automated means to access the application for any purpose. The systematic retrieval of data or content from this application to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from The Hidden Tide Wellness Co is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised commercial use or extraction of our proprietary logic will result in immediate account termination and rigorous legal action.

Limitation of Liability

The protocols and crystalline frequencies suggested by this application are complementary in nature. The Hidden Tide shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or from any clinical outcomes associated with your clients. Your use of the application is entirely at your own professional risk.

Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our clinical framework or legal requirements.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms, the Chrysta application, or your subscription shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Integrated Policies

Your use of the Chrysta Practitioner Sanctuary is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Clinical Disclaimer. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and accept those frameworks.
